Before I ever wrote an offer as a REALTOR®, I'd already written hundreds from the builder's side of the table — and I still do. I know what's behind the drywall because I watched it go in. I know where builders have room to move, where they don't, and which upgrades are worth your money — because pricing them was my job.

Today I hold both roles: licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty, and Sales Manager at Klair Custom Homes. That's not a résumé quirk. It means when you're weighing a new build against resale, you're getting advice from someone who understands both markets from the inside — not guesses dressed up as expertise.

The discipline came first.

Long before real estate, I competed in martial arts at the national and international level, and medalled at both. That training shaped how I work: preparation over improvisation, composure under pressure, and honesty even when it's uncomfortable. If a deal isn't right for you, I'll say so.
